Celebrating our History
The Celebration of Excellent Women began in 2000 when the presidents of the women’s professional organizations WE, NAWBO, AWC, and EWI Albuquerque chapters decided to co-host an “event”. Diane Furie, Meeting and Event Planner, was instrumental in putting together the first event, held at the Hispanic Cultural Center.

It was a stupendous success!
The organizations have participated year after year and Diane continues to bring together committee members who are dedicated to making each CEW more successful than the last.
